New Picture studio album in 2019
02-09-2018: Picture had a very successful year with several great gigs throughout Europe. This concluded with the signing of the world wide record deal with Pure Steel Records. In fall 2018 the long awaited live album with the classic Picture line-up will be officially released.
But Picture is not going to stop there!
They are working on a NEW studio album with all new material to be released in the first half of 2019. So keep your heavy metal ears open and follow the news closely on this site!
New Picture live album revealed
26-08-2018: During the gig yesterday in Ommen (Netherlands) while celebrating 40 years of Picture the band revealed their forthcoming release: Picture Live!! 40 Years Heavy Metal Ears 1978-2018. It will be their first new release since “Warhorse” (2012) and will be distributed by Pure Steel Records.
The album will be released in November 2018 worldwide. It will be for sale in several stores and webshops all over the world. Before that we have a LIMITED supply for our most loyal fans in our webshop:

Picture sign worldwide deal with Pure Steel Records
01-08-2018: Dutch Heavy Metal Legends PICTURE have signed a world-wide deal with Pure Steel Records.The deal will be for the bands all NEW Live Album titled “PICTURE LIVE: 40 Years Heavy Metal Ears, 1978-2018”. The album will feature the definitive Classic line-up. As part of the deal, PICTURE have also announced the release, for the first time on vinyl, “Old Dog New Tricks” from 2009 and “War Horse” from 2012. Details will be forthcoming!
Picture is, arguably, the very first Dutch Hard Rock band to be the Breakout band of its Native Country. Historically, the band have released seven albums. They have toured world-wide and extensively throughout the world with other legends and stalwarts such as, AC/DC, Saxon, Ted Nugent, Rose Tattoo and April Wine. Along with notable headlining tours of Germany, Italy and of course, their home land.

24-03-2018: On Tuesday 27th 2018 members of Picture will be special guests during the radioshow of host Irmgard Fool on Omroep Vlaardingen, a Dutch local radio station. The lady of the show will speak with the members about their 40 years of Picture in past present and future. Of course you will hear some great classics from the band but also some of their favourite music and news about their new album. Almost one hour of Picture live on the radio! The programme will be in Dutch. After the show the programme will be available as a free podcast. The show starts this Tuesday on 19:00hrs CET.
